    • Accumulation and delayed washout of exogenous late gadolinium enhancement (LGE)
    • Increased extracellular volume (ECV)
  • Increased native T1 signal (a marker of increased fibrosis) in both AL amyloidosis and ATTR-CM, which can be detected before the presence of LGE
